Refunds: A full refund will be issued to the client if a counseling session is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.

Based on the communication with the client, the refund will either be adjusted with the booking of the next session or it will be released in 7-10 business days.

Rescheduling: In exceptional circumstances, if a session needs to be canceled, Mindfry may offer to reschedule the session for the next available slot agreed upon by both the therapist and the client.

MindFry reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
